PUTTING THE FUN IN FUNDAMENTALS
8 week course
This is a terrific introductory course designed for anyone who wants to learn how to take better photographs. Learn the in's and out's of your camera and the elements of basic composition.
Discover the wonders of digital imaging. Through informative and entertaining lessons you will go from hoping one or two shots “turn out” to knowing how to take photos you can be proud of. This eight-week course is presented by the Winnipeg Art Gallery. To register, please call 789-1766.
FAQ
Q. Is this class four nights per week?
A. No, it usually runs one evening per week for eight weeks. Students are registered in the class that runs the night of the week that works best for them.
Q. I am not really a beginner any more. Do I need to take Photo 1 before I am able to register for other classes?
A. Photo 1 is a recommended pre-requisite for some courses. However, if you have a basic understanding of shutter speeds, apertures, composition and lighting, you are welcome to sign up for other higher-level courses. Please call if you are unsure and we will be glad to suggest which class would be best for you.
